Review on the return process

I ordered the 60x32 variety. I opened it up so I could plan for rough in. Someone has hack sawed off all two sides of the flanges on both side walls. One can tell by the missing flanges and plastic shavings all over the thing. I don't like this. Lowe's should be inspecting returns before reselling.

Fine

A good insert for the price. The delta install video is a little misleading as they instruct the use of a white gasket around the entire perimeter where the walls meet the base. The manual on the Lowe’s site showed this too. However, the unit only came with a 12” foam gasket that is to be cut in half and installed on the corners.

Awesome shower unit

Delta has always been a great product and this shower did not disappoint.

Nice and easy to assemble

Very nice looking shower and sturdy. Framing has to be completely square for it to assemble correctly. If the framing is square then it is easy to install.

Easy install

This unit is fantastic. No caulking, no special prep. Plumb and square your space and you’re mostly finished. I glued the base in, put in the back wall with four screws at the top. Snapped in the side walls and screwed in those two walls and you’re finished. Took less than four hours even with the shower controls. NICE

HIgher quality than expected

This was easy to install. Delta also has a great youtube video on how to install the product, Highly recommend watching it. We purchased the complete set up; base, walls, hardware and are quite excited about the quality, much better than what we expected.

Seems made decent. Only complaint was missing drain

Buy again

I placed a pick up order and when I went to pick it up they had it ready for me. Two guys helped load it in my truck as well as strap it down. Once home, we open it up to inspect it and everything was still intact. We had it installed. We liked that it screwed to wall studs and that it is a caulk less system. We have been using it for several weeks and love the premade shelving. I would recommend this to anyone.

VERY flimsy and poor customer service

I spent almost two hours on the phone with Delta and was always promised a call back for resolution that never happened. Product is very flimsy and our concerns about bowing due to mismatched corner shape went unaddressed. We've purchased Sterling products previously and would recommend those over Delta based on quality alone.
