I ordered 40 PCs of 16'trex in person at noon and said I'll be back at 6:00 to pick it up and when I got there they had made no effort to have it ready at the loading area. I ordered this product on April 19 from a Lowes Store. The product was to be delivered on May 10, at no point between the order date and the delivery date was there any communication that any part of the product was unable to be delivered until the morning it was to be delivered. Broken board, no replacement, no refund

The second Shipment contains 1 serious defect boards. The truck driver took the board back, and said that he would gave me a new one the next day, but he did not. I called the pro desk, the guy there said that he will call me back, but actually did not. Lowe did not refund me the money either for the returned defect board

Terrible service

This delivery was a disaster from the beginning. The products weren’t delivered together on the first delivery, the second delivery still wasn’t complete and I’ve been waiting for the final delivery and haven’t received any update. Installation went great ! Used the versa clip hidden fasteners which were expensive but made the installation easy and provided a perfect gap between the boards , the material is really flexible so spend time in making sure the frame is all level and plumb , the finished look is accomplished on how well your frame is . Meh... depends on what you’re using it for

For me, the product worked fine because I just went for the cheapest composite boards available as I just needed to replace badly weathered treated deck boards on a shed ramp. I wouldn’t use it for something good like a deck or porch on my house... this product is a core of one type of material with a VERY thin layer of another material on the top and sides to give it the look... Beautiful color

This was my 2nd choice. My 1st choice was a lighter grey however they were out. So glad I went with this color. Even though it's not wood the way it's made makes it look so real. The grain, the color & the texture is beautiful. For someone wanting a deck that's mainly maintenance free except for cleaning this is definitely the way to go. The manufacturer had placed a label on the deck surface. We cannot get the adhesive off without concern about damaging the surface. The labels were on for about a week after delivery. I assumed that we could get them clean after installation but should have tried before installation and returned them when I realized that they wouldn't easily come clean.
