Use the 12V’s exclusively in our fabrication dept. Being a Master Glazier by trade, they work extremely well for us in the fab dept. When dealing with Aluminum Extrusions, the 12V’s perform flawlessly. We use them because of the lower torque requirements needed, so screws don’t strip the aluminum. DeWalt Were They Thinking. Pad falls off in a week

I’ve had dewalt tools even the same gun for years and not once did a rubber pad fall off. New gun and didn’t even use it much and rubber pad falls off. Makes me wonder what the rest of it’s made like. Is it because it’s not made in USA anymore? Also plastic and looks cheaper.

Huge Battery, bigger bag than last set.

I needed another drill and driver combo set for another home. I definitely wanted the hammer drill feature. Haven't used that feature yet, but have on my other set. It's difference maker when drilling concrete. The one Battery in this set is HUGE. I will use it for my blower also. It's the largest 20volt battery I own now. I spent more on this set than any other Dewalt sets I bought.

Great tool for simple projects

These are great tools for smaller projects. I keep mine in our sign construction room and these work well for simple smaller projects where a 20v would be over kill. They are super light, I forgot I had one on my belt hook they are so light. But their weight and size doesn't mean they are weak. They have great torque and when parried with the larger amp battery they have a decent run time as well.

Used, Scuffed up, and thrown loose in box

This is my first time ordering delivery from Lowes, and first time ordering a Dewalt product. I needed a new drill and decided to switch platforms with this kit.
