Good quality for the professional

I have had this drill for about a month now and so far it has been the best drill I have ever owned. I am a maintenance supervisor at an apartment complex and use these daily. The impact is awesome and has a lot of power it also has three settings for different torque levels. The battery life is awesome on both the impact snd the drill and the batteries have a charge meter on them. 18V Replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a replacement to the 18V drill and driver that I had for several years. These are so much lighter than the old 18V kit that I replaced. Even though they are lighter, they still feel durable. This kit was priced well and the driver is a life saver.

Drill was faulty

The impact worked perfectly. The drill was extremely disappointing as it would not grip a bit to save someones life. I had to fetch my 12V Dewalt drill just to back the drillbit out of a pine 2x4. It's my understanding that this is a known issue with this Model drill. Great But..

Replaced some older 18v models that I had for years with these two. Tools are great. However the picture makes it look like you get it with XR batteries but actually comes with the 20V max 2AH batteries. Thus a little mis leading between picture and what you get. It does note the non XR batteries in the description so ok there. Will see how well the batteries last when I do my next project.

I Guess Small Things Do Come In Big Packages!!!
