I bought this about 3 weeks ago and it’s been a life saver I can use it with a flexvolt battery and it last so much longer. I would recommend this fan to anyone who is tired of using corded fans. It’s strong and durable. It’s also very portable to take any where desired. The airflow is perfect for any occasion. Hardly any unwanted vibration. It’s a 10 out of 10. I would definitely buy it again.

I purchased the fan a month or so ago because someone I know has one. Fan was on sale. Super portable. You can use any 20v batteries in it. I tried a 4ah power pack and a 8ah. The 4ah lasts more than 8 hours on medium, with the battery still at 2 bars. High speed pushes out a lot of air. Seems pretty durable. It has mounting points that you can use. I think it’s gonna be a life saver in a power outage or car camping.

Decent fan but missing features
The fan functions well and I use it within my garage and take it to the beach. My main issue is it's missing the functionality to plug the fan directly into the wall in lieu of a battery. If Dewalt brought back this feature it would easily be 5 star product.

One tough fan
I bought this fan for camping and outings with the grandkids. We went on vacation tent camping and a storm came up and blew tent and everything inside out into the lake. I went out and retrieved the tent and everything that was in it. The new DeWalt 20 v fan that was inside tent was the only thing that we could salvage. I let it dry out for a week and it still works great. Awesome fan.

Lightweight and portable
Wonderful fan!!! Use it while camping and can just pick it up and take it with you wherever you go. Great job DeWalt!!!! Wish it would've come with a battery though.

shuts off constantly
bought this a month ago and it worked great like twice. only been used maybe 6 times. been inside in the hutch of my toolbox. tried with brand new battery, with fully charged straight off the charger batteries and it shuts off in a matter of seconds. tried at least four different batteries with same result. if you try and turn it on slow, as you ramp up speed when you get to half power it dies. Quite disappointed! the rest of the guys in the shop laugh because they have milwaukee and their fans ...

Missing the plug
This could be a great fan. I have another model, that has a plug in it so you can plug it in or battery. I bought this and realized Dewalt got rid of the model that did both., Very disappointed. Bring back the plug/battery model.
