Motor hums

Would Not Recommend

Installed the fan and loved the look. So excited to turn it on. The motor hums. Very disappointed. I had to remove and return.

Dimmer and light control (L1) doesn’t work

The installation of the fan was straightforward, it took my husband about 30 minutes. Unfortunately the dimmer option didn’t work from the remote or wall control and we were unable to turn the light on and off by using the L1 button. We called technical support and after a brief call we were told to send the fan back. If these dimmer and light control worked, I think we would have been happy with the fan. It was super quite and the lighting was bright.

Craftmade

Bad product, worse tech support from manufacture.

Would Not Recommend

Loud humming noise and blade noise. Emailed several times to manufacture tech support and it takes days for responses and still nothing done. I sent video and gave thorough explanation of problem and still no resolve.
