Very poor quality

I purchased this oven in 02/2025. Within the first year, the ignitor went out and the oven door shattered while closing it. Now, less than 18-months into owning it, the bake ignitor has gone out and it is no longer under warranty. The service team helped me troubleshoot to figure out the problem but said they can not do anything to fix it. I am so disappointed in the quality of this item. It is a really beautiful piece of junk.

Great stove for the price

I bought this stove as it was the best value for a $1500 stove that was 36 inches wide and had the standing legs to sweep underneath. We love it, it fits our room perfectly. Pictured is it in place, we’re still working to do the backsplash and to place the vent fan.

Perfection

It’s even more beautiful in person, it’s professional looking stove and high quality. There is a smaller burner within one of the bigger one which give you even more options.

THEY DO NOT INSTALL 36 Inch Gas Ranges

I called 5 times overall to verify that they install, I purchased this range with the idea that it was a great value proposition to have ti delivered, installed and haul way the old one. Called 5 times overall, day of delivery they say we dont install these ranges , here is a $20 refund. On average it costs $300 to install these. DO NOT buy this size if free installation is part of your plan. Even if the website says they do it , they do not.

Poor quality.

I purchased this range late 2022. The past year I have had problems with the oven igniting. My husband took it apart & the igniter switch was melted. It’s disappointing after only a few years and quite honestly not much use of it, it has to be replaced.

Commercial grade cooking made residential

I love how much cooktop space there are with six huge burners as well as the massive oven capacity. The visual design is very beautiful and fits my kitchen island perfectly. The only thing I would improve is the cooking interface screen the buttons take a little bit longer to set my cook settings than standard ovens. I think for the price point, I would expect a little more advanced interface, but all of the built-in features and settings for cooking features make up for it.

Received my gas range today. I works great. Love the way it looks. Fits perfectly in the space.

Beautiful

I use to have Cosmo range in my previous house, so … when we bought a new house I decided to buy exactly the same range…. Wasn’t not lucky thus time . Broiler and oven did not work they tried to fix it 5 times … no luck. Finally we got replacement, new one !! I’m pretty happy now !! Beautiful and functional

It was worth the frustration of the installation

The range is very nice and we are learning how to use it. The installation was a challenge. It seems the technicians have no idea what they were doing with the first two visits. The third visit it was finally installed. A bit frustrating, but at least it's working now.
