Worst cooktop and warranty ever
Absolutely terrible experience with the Cosmo 36” electric cooktop. Purchased it only a year and a half ago and the dual burner function already stopped working because the knob mechanism is defective and won’t stay functional. For a product this expensive, that’s completely unacceptable. When I contacted Cosmo customer service about the warranty, they basically offered useless “support” by only covering the replacement parts — NOT the labor. So I’m expected to pay around $500 out of pocket jus...

This cooktop was a great purchase. A modern sleek glass cooktop. Much easier to maintain than our previous coiled cook top. Heats up fast and glows red to let you know when it’s hot. The price was just right!

I purchased this brand because I needed a specific size to fit the countertop of my early 70's era house and I was unable to find that size in a more notable brand. It's attractive and I loved it....for 2 months. Then is blew out a rear burner. I called the company and sent all the proof of purchase paperwork. They agreed to send me the replacement parts BUT I have to have them installed myself and apparently only authorized service companies can do that. Right now I'm trying to find someon...
