Some great qualities with some shortcomings

Love the concept, design and effectiveness, but have experienced a couple of issues. First the good: Maintains temperature well, good even smoke production (nice that you don't have to pre-soak the chips), easy to clean. Now the not-so good: If your wi-fi connection gets broken, the cycle is interrupted and you have to start over again with the pre-heat cycle for chip burning. gives everthing great tastes

we have had this for 2-3 years and really like how good of a job it does with about any kind of meat ---so we think that it is a very well built product and it took some thought and engineering to come up with a well built product of this sorts.my only regret that the digitol model wasnt out when we bought this , we just have to watch it a little closer -but it is worth that-----------the smells are great!!!!!!

Fits E-Smoker well

This cover I just bought was the second for my 5 yr old smoker, the other weathered out. Better than wearing the box out. Better than having to bring the whole thing into the garage off season too. A kitchen garbage bag fits too, but jeeze that’s ugly.

Great product!

We purchased this product last winter, and we have fallen in love! While the bbq grill sits dormant in the winter, we are happily filling the smoker in the garage. Year-round enjoyment ensued after that first winter! And is had made holiday cooking a breeze. Not only is the turkey and ham prepared with the smoker, we have also done side dishes in there as well! Love this product!

snug fit

I bought this to keep my smoker clean. I wouldn't recommend storing it outside with this cover. They don't claim it to be water proof and the smoker is electric. It fits very well on my smoker and keeps the dust off of it. I keep it in the garage and haul it outside when I want to cook. You can't beat the price for a quality smoker cover.

Disappointed

I bought this Charbroil electric smoker Thinking it was like the Charbroil grills I have owned over the years. Well, it wasn’t. I have had nothing but problems with it. You even sent me new electric burner. It does not smoke well. It cuts of off. You think it’s smoking and it’s not. I would not recommend any one to purchase this product. Wish I had gotten a propane smoker.

Keeps my smoker nice and dry!

Had my smoker in the gazebo earlier this week when, during a soaking rain storm, a branch fell through the top of the gazebo. Water was pouring in right on top of the smoker! After the storm passed I went out to check the damage and to my surprise the cover held up great and the smoker was dry with no moisture anywhere on it!

Smoker did not smoke the meat or get hot enough

Our son & family bought this for us & we were so thrilled about it. But, after using it 4 times we returned it because it didn't smoke since the vents were open instead of being adjustable for how much smoke you wanted to taste in your meat. The food always tasted like it had just been cooked in our oven but we wanted a smoker because we have an oven.

Great culinary tool!

Been wanting a smoker and chose this one due to the larger chip box. I like the way you set and forget. The probe is the best way to cook chicken or big pieces of meat. I di prepare baby back ribs by the 3-2-1 method and they were the best I had ever had. Pretty easy clean up and will get a lot of use .

Great Support

My smoker is very easy to use and to clean. I have used the smoker for a year now and we are getting better at it. Also what is so great is the support that Char-Broil gives it's customers. The web page is easy to review and makes your cooking or smoking experience wonderful.
