I precisely followed the provided instructions for product preparation, cooking, and cleaning. After ONE USE the porcelain started coming off, exposing bare metal in some placed. I cooked on low heat, and just used warm soap and water to clean. Used only silicone cooking utensils. I will return today. As other people seemed to have had better results, this may be a problem with the manufacturing run (?).
Non as non stick as you think
The product is good for putting small items on that are wrapped in foil. I followed the directions of only putting the plate on when ready to cook and apply PAM before I start. When I put my steak on with a little sauce on it, it stuck to the plate, it was hard to clean off. My salmon was ok.

Food Sticks and pan is spotty
I used this for the first time with carrots and potatoes. some of the potato skins stuck and were difficult to remove. carrots slid around the pan without issue. I cleaned the pan with hot soapy water several times. There is a spotty residue still on the edges. I'm extremely disappointed.

Works great to cook fish and veggies on the grill. Food doesn’t fall between the grates, and you don’t have to clean the grill as much since the food doesn’t directly touch the grates. Also it’s black and doesn't show grime like stainless.

I liked the porcelain coating and the sturdiness of the grill plate. I did pre-coat the porcelain with spray-on 'grilling' oil & it did grill the marinated chicken effectively - however, it is certainly Not a 'non-stick' surface during grilling. You may have better success with beef burgers or beef & pork with some marbling fats that can keep the surface well 'greased' during the grilling. Works great and was cheaper to use as a grate replacement. My chicken did stick to it but I brushed some oil on it and no more problem. It also cleaned up nice.
