My Cafe Standard Depth Platinum Glass refrigerator was delivered today. I paid over $5000 for this refrigerator. Four $5000 I expect to see perfection. Instead on the left french door along the decorative seam. I see insulation or caulking that used from the seam. Buyer Beware, GE will not stand behind product
Received defective product, the box has a dip in it which caused air to get into the freezer and create ice and frost all over the rails and food. I called this in during the GE warranty, but the technicians couldn't figure out the problem. They replaced parts, more parts, the entire freezer drawer, seals, etc. It took 8 months and 6 visits and their TAG team to figure it out.
