Good homeowner unit for the price

Price was good. The unit does its job on smaller limbs. Has a kickback sometimes because of the power difference between cordless and gas. It doesn’t always bite and cut when you hit the limb. Once you get the hang of it the unit does a good job on small jobs. Homeowner usage is what it’s for. Trimming once a year is ok which is what I was looking for. Easy to use Quick cut

Great buy for a battery operated pole saw.

I was looking for a pole saw and the price for the Craftsman was a great deal. I was able to order it online and pick it up in store. I used it today for pruning some trees and it worked perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Exactly What I Needed!

I will start off by saying I was very skeptical whether or not this would be a good buy or not since not having experience with battery powered chainsaws. Better than climbing a ladder

This Pole Saw has a great reach. I have used this on over 10 trees. So far, it has worked great. It takes very little time to trim branches. It is a little hard at first to control the undercut, but after some practice it gets easier. The weight is not a problem. As expected, it is a bit top heavy when the extension is added. It definitely beats climbing a ladder with a regular chainsaw. In all, this saw made my tree trimming so much easier.

Cuts clean

It's a little slow cutting through some branches but has cut everything I've used it on. The battery lasted an afternoon of trimming branches but it would be nice to have an auto oiler.

Exceeded expectations

This saw has exceeded my expectations. I have been very pleased with the battery life as well as the ability to cut through the limbs on trees around my property. Oiling the blad is key since there is no auto oiler function. This has lasted me for three seasons so far and I expect many more. The saw worked well for the most part cutting threw 4-5 inch branches. Things were easy with the saw at its shortest length but a little tougher to use at its longest.
