The product arrived in a box that had received water or liquid damage. the associate said we could reorder product or try this one. we opted for trying since we had waited a week for product to come. The enclosed chargeable battery won’t charge. We have other craftsman rechargeable items, so tried one of those batteries, it charged on the charger and the blower works. I called the Lowe’s store, they told me to bring everything back and they will decide how to proceed. The store is a 30 mile trip...

It is Really Handy

I used it to blow all the leaves off my lawn. The battery lasts just as long as I do. I don't want to face another fall without it. My mother uses it for snow up north.

2 years of use, but now it won't go into high powe

I like the product. While the battery life on the smaller battery is not ideal, I bought larger batteries and they last much longer. Have been using it for two years. But recently, it stopped going into high power. I have changed batteries and ensure they are fully charged but it simply will not function at the higher setting. Any ideas on what the problem may be and how to fix it?

Second Craftsman blower purchased

We bought a bigger blower for the house and so when we needed one for our travel trailer, it was a no brainer to grab another V20 Craftsman. We chose the smaller one because of a sale and it would fit out needs.

Craftsman owner

Looked online for a new cordless blower, sick of lugging around an extension cord. Decided to purchase this one because it has the same size battery as my weed eater. I’m not sure yet if I’m completely satisfied with it. Doesn’t have as much blowing power I had expected. My main issue was that when I looked up the item online to make sure the battery was compatible with my equipment it had an offer for a free battery if purchased that day. Terrible Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible product, won't ever buy craftsman again. 7 minutes of run time isn't enough to do anything. Wish i still had the receipt to return it! Craftsman has went way down hill!

People Need To Research Better

There are quite a few unwarranted negative comments from customers that 1) Have zero knowledge on cordless tools and 2) Have done zero research to fix it. This is your most basic cost cutting entry into the V20 platform. It comes with the smallest battery, and no fast charger. Honestly, if you are not already on this cordless platform, or are not going to invest in multiple batteries and chargers. You might as well stick with gas power or electrical corded tools. Great value

The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because when I got home and plugged it in it didn’t work. I had to return it and get a new one. The second one I got works great. I absolutely love it so far. I’ve had it about a month and basically only use it to blow pine needles off my porch but it’s nice to have a clean porch every day.

Poor Battery Life and Design

I have been a very long time fan of Craftsman yard products. As others have noted, if you last 10 minutes on a charge with this unit, consider yourself somewhat lucky. It is terrible. I have tons of battery operated Craftsman yard tools with the 20v chargers and batteries. One would think that this unit was designed such that those batteries would work with it.
