First off, try to figuer out or find what oil to use in changing and how much, Manuals not clear. Wheels hard and from ice on them making it hard to roll. Handle for chute flimsy and partially broke, I had to bolt together thru plastic and super glue on. Annoying that chute does not have crank to turn while pushing/operating blower. Even cheap electric corded have them. No gas shut off, have to disconnect gas line to drain rather then run for lenghty time to run out gas at end of year. Wet snow ...
Buffalo NY snow
I bought the snow blower October of 2022. We had a wicked Christmas storm so of course this little machine struggled but we did get it done we went out every 2 hours to snow blow. It lasted last year we didn't get hit as hard but it is Buffalo so it does snow. This year the very first snow we got this machine did half the driveway and just decided didn't want to work anymore. I'm very disappointed because when you buy a craftsman you think of a good quality product especially when you're spendin...

Adjustments are easy
The "key" is a safety lock out not used to start. That is easy to miss if you don't read the owner's manual. If the key had a hole in the bow, it would be easy to attach a fob/lanyard for storage. The blower works well, was easy to start. The oil fill is hard to reach but it is a once a year thing. And it is easy to drain. The manuals come in two parts which is not intuitive. All the negative items are easy to overcome.

Great product, misleading item description
Great product but misleading item page/description. Item was expected to be new in box with owners manual and motor oil. It arrived with no box, no owners manual and no oil (some was in engine but not enough). Nothing in the item description mentioned it would be a display unit that had sat in the elements for years. Bolts on the unit were rusty. Overall the unit ran great but it's just not what I expected when I purchased it. I expected a brand new, in box item.

The used condition product appears to be in.
I expected to receive this product unassembled, new as requested. Product was not properly assembled, very dirty (FILTHY) and apparently on display outside for a length of time because many of the assembly bolts were rusted. If I was informed of products condition and offered a fair, discounted price ($200.00) or less, I would consider purchasing same. Because of product's poor condition, I would consider it to be a fair purchase.

Back saver
Big snow days December 2021 in Central Oregon, my wife and I were going out three times a day to keep up with it. I couldn't find anyone to plow so I bought the craftsman "low priced" snow blower online. It was promptly loaded into my truck and off we went. There are a few bolts to install but only took a few minutes. The electric start is super nice, and it fired right up. I was worried about no direct drive but as soon as I started to push it started throwing snow and pulling me as the blad...

Use a fuel additive.
I purchased this snowblower on 01/03 and I have already had four occasions to use it. Let me tell you, I’m impressed and extremely satisfied. The first snowfall wasn’t much, maybe 2”, and it preformed well. This wasn’t much of a test but our second snowfall was about 12”. Now the intake is 13”, and it’s recommended for snowfalls of 6” or less, but let me tell you this little beast powered right through all 12” in a single pass. Also, depending how you adjust the cute it really throws a great dis...

Snowblower
Bought this last week before the storm because my toro wouldnt start. I will be returning it this week. This is made so cheap that i am truly disappointed with it. When snow gets on the wheels they will not move. You have to stop remove it and start again. The shoot shot the snow approximately 2 ft. So everybtime you went down the next strip you had to remove not only what snow was there but what it had just thrown. We tried moving the shooter in all ways and it did the same thing each time. Fina...
Buy a bigger snow blower.
This snow blower is easy to operate. It starts within 3-4 pulls every time when properly primed or very quickly with the push button start. Quality is generally what I expected for the price point. Having said that I would not recommend this model for areas with consistent or heavy snowfall as it works great for the initial job but once your local street plows have come by and thrown the snow and ice back on your nicely cleared walkways and driveways you will not be able to use this blower to cl...

So far so good
I had to repair a bent wheel right off the bat. After setup with adding the oil and fuel it started up without needing the electric start. Was able to move 10" deep snow with 1/2 width passes. The belt will slip if you take too much. 6" is a breeze and it's able to take full width passes. I'm able to load it into my truck by lifting without too much trouble. Spraying with dry lube prevented any clogs so far.
