As the title says, it was supposed to be installed on the mower but it wasn't. Also the quality of the bag is poor. It's also to large to fit into my car and I need to return it because it doesn't fit the mower correctly. I need to return it and get the mulcher that I was talked out of. Please send me the mulching kit and credit me the bagger that I wanted to begin with.

Not good
The assembly was a drill. Instructions not very clear. Hose connection to bagger unit unclear and required me having to add set screws (McGiver it) to hold the hose in place. You can not open the bagger top to remove the cuttings bag unless you lay the seat up on the steering wheel and the bagger top is difficult to lock down and release. All together not happy. I would not recommend.
Product is good. Service was not good. Made purchase at store in Northport AL, 4 miles from my home. Product came from store in Starkville Mississippi. Waited 10 days for delivery. Store in Northport had product in stock but not unloaded from supply truck. How many days does it take to unload supply truck? According to service employee.

Good afternoon, I'd placed an online order on 5-23 & was promised delivery within 2-3 days. Was notified the day of delivery that truck had mechanical issues. Completely understandable. Was then promised the following day delivery. 30 minutes later got a phone call telling me delivery now will be delayed until 5-30th. I've been a Loyal client of Lowe's for the past 20 years and I'd recently signed up with your company's Credit Card because it's Benefitial plus with all the things I'd purchased...
Bagger problems
The directions to assemble the bagger weren't very good. When we called.the number on the front of the directions we were connected.to a sales.person who knew nothing about assembly. The hose still slips out but we'll have to deal with it.
Cheaply made and poor design
It amazes me how the engineering group who designed this would think it was a good product. The flexible duct falls off the bagger because it doesn't have anything to lock it in place once you screw it into the mounting plate. Then the flexible duct just floats on the lower rigid duct with nothing keeping it from separating. The pressure from the air is almost enough for it to come apart. I understand you want them to come apart to unclog them but this product is useless.
Poor construction for the price
Flexible section of discharge blows off when using bagger. Carried back to Lowe’s and they gave me a screw clamp to go around it to hold it in place. Also, when you open the lid the hinge bar slides out of one end of the lid. It is not long enough to stay in place.
It's Not Like the Good Old Days
This 2 Bagger replaces my old 2 bagger that I bought in 2008 with my old Craftsman tractor. Like the performance of the tractor, this one doesn't measure up to the unit it replaced. My old 2 bagger was constructed of thick-wall, blow-molded rigid plastic, from the exit chute of the mower to the two baskets on the back. Everything was rigid and sturdy. It fit together perfectly, but came apart in the middle in the event that the chute became clogged with leaves or other debris. Not so, this one. ...
Bad Bagger
Got to return this bagger. This baggers tube from the deck to the back has no locking mechanism and will blow off the deck tube. I had to bungee the flow tube to the mower deck. It also is easily clogged when bags get full. you have to take it loose and pull the grass out of the deck tube that's clogged up. I wouldn't pay a hundred dollars for it much less 500+. Craftsman should give them away with the T2400 Mower which is Awsome

Great Craftsman tractor with a rear bagger. This my second one and replaced my 18 year old tractor. Good performance and longevity.
