WORST MOWER I'VE EVER BOUGHT

This is the absolute worst mower I have ever had. I bought this mower new from Lowes in Tupelo Ms. The thing lasted a year and fell apart. I should have bought the husqvarna for the same price but I figured since it is a craftsman that I could find parts for it easier. I have been using my neighbors mower but now I need my own working. I guess I will buy a used one for a couple hundred dollars that has already outlasted this one by years already. I am not happy at all. I would check the warranty...

this lawnmower has only lasted one season. I had to park it last season as I couldn't get any replacement parts. this spring i got the carburetor kit. replaced everything and It ran for half the yard and just shut off and won't even turn over now. battery's good, good gas. Just nothing. and as im going to reach out to craftsman more than likely they won't do anything. but save yourself some time and energy and don't buy this.

Buy a trailer if you want warranty support.

Just over 2 years old, 24.5 hours on it and it just stopped driving all of a sudden. Won't engage, or barely engages, the drivetrain. Lowe's is hands-off after 30 days, then it's up to Craftsman. And despite being near one of the biggest suburbs in my state, 3 Lowe's with 20 miles, the ONLY authorized service center within 50 miles doesn't pickup, charges $50 on top, and has a backlog. Guess I'm renting a trailer and push mowing for a while. Makes you wonder if Craftsman limits their auth...

IT'S REALLY FAST AND IT HAS THE SMALLEST TURNING RANGE OF ANY RIDING MOWER., THE DOWNSIZE OF IT IS THAT IF YOU GET YOURSELF IN A BAD TURNING SITUATION, THE REAR WHEEL DOESN'T MAKE CONTACT WITH THE GROUND AND YOU HAVE TO GET OFF AND PUSH IT TIL ALL WHEELS TOUCH THE GROUND. THE THROTTLE IS VERY POOR AND TENDS TO BREAK AND NEED REPAIR. We chose the Craftsman Gas Riding Mower sitting outside. There was none in stock nor on order for this particular T2200 model, and my husband wanted that specific one. The gal that came outside with us forgot what model we wanted, while on the computer at the mowers inside, and outside she went again to get it, so our long process began. Decent mower that could be excellent

I bought this mower 3/23 and thought I would give an update. With 70 hours on it, I have had no mechanical or electrical issues. It is not without issues though. 1. The 2-ply tires are junk. I've plugged them so many time I worry they are becoming structurally unsound. Nothing more annoying that having to repair and refill tires every time you need to mow. 2. The mulch kit is bad. Excellent mower

I bought this mower because I prefer craftsman mowers and this mower did not disappoint. I had it delivered to my property, which is too much to push mow, and it was ready to roll. All I had to do was add gas and start it up. There's a small pin the back of the mower that needs to be pushed in in order to engage the movement. Craftsman/MTD warranty is dead...

DO NOT BUY!!! I am reasonable. The model has been changed to T2200K but was bought asT2200 42". In fact never could officially register it on Craftsman b/c the site states model does not exist. 6 months old, transaxle failure. Lowes doesn't touch it -->> contact Craftsman. Craftsman sends you to MTD another 2 hours of call/hold time. MTD then states they do not cover transaxle failure. Terrible Customer Service

Bought this riding mower because my last Craftsman lasted almost 25 years. Mistake. Have mower for 5 months and simply wont start.
