I read the reviews before I bought this and I saw some reviews say that the battery dies pretty quick but I decided to give it a try. I’ve only used this lawnmower four times a total of about 2 1/2 hours and I go out there today and the lawnmower won’t crank cause the battery’s dead. It's a dud!

I purchased a CRAFTSMAN T100 36-in 11.5-HP Single Cylinder Gas Lawn Tractor from Lowe's and had it delivered to my home, and the experience has been extremely frustrating from the start. Disappointed and disgusted.

Vibration is horrible. Dies when trying to use level 1 or 2 cutting on grass that isn't high. This model is below average. The same model i bought last year is far superior to the one I purchased the end of July. Doesn't mulch worth a flip. I didn't believe I'll buy another one of these.

Love my lawnmower

The only thing I can say is I love it! I’m a disabled veteran and it’s hard for me to push the mower this helped. Thank you Lowe’s!

Battery stopped working. Replaced battery mower still not working. Off to repair and mower is less than a year old.

Broke down

Do not buy is a lemon, shut ok while cutting my yard and it just stopped , I don’t know how or what but it did. Maybe Lowe’s put it together worng or maybe from Craftman who know I know one of them better replace or refund! I did check what would be basics, gas plugs , battery , air filter. Or to the eye!

Quality Control Failure Frustrating Experience

I am extremely disappointed with this mower and my overall experience. The first mower arrived looking wrong from the moment it was delivered. The front wheels were noticeably misaligned, which can clearly be seen in the photos. For a brand-new mower, that immediately raised concerns about quality control. Excellent Except!

I considered this an excellent riding lawn mower especially if you have a small yard and want to go around trees. The problem that I had with it was you can go forward and mow grass but as soon as you put it in reverse to mow grass backwards there is a safety that shuts the mower completely off.. So the only way that you can actually cut grass backwards is you have to disable the safety which I wasn't willing to do. That's why I returned the item because it wasn't for me.
