Waste of Money!

Bought this in early 2022 and was hard to start - once it warmed up I had no problem restarting it. Over winter I followed directions in manual to lay it aside in my basement. Now it won't start - tried everything; and had a dealer clean carb, new plug, new gas, new filter. He gave up trying to start it. Has spark, fuel, compression in cylinder; and spark arrest is clean. Quality Concerns

Unfortunately, the product lasted for two uses. The overall product was significantly less quality than my previous model. The door hinge for the vac separated from the housing the first time I tried to use the attachment. The bag has a zipper that is horizontal along the top, which makes it very difficult to empty into a lawn bag. Starter Pull Cord Broke

Purchased in late Nov 2021 and had been enjoying the use of this blower. I use it approx. once a week for normal cleanup after mowing the lawn or for blowing leaves. I take good care of my tools. However, I was disappointed when the starter cord broke after 11 months of ownership. It has a 2-year limited warranty. Disappointed

I was very pleased with this product for about 1 season - then when Fall arrived the blower refused to start - which was strange because up until that point it was a one pull machine. Took it out this Spring - put new spark plug and premixed fuel and it still will not start. Have the guys at BMW - where I work - stumped - even they cannot diagnose problem. Would not buy this product again with use for only one season

Unusable after 3 months

Used this about 10 times total (once a week in spring, fewer after we got to summer months). The pull start mechanism broke on me (not the cord, but the mechanical part itself) and without anyway to start it, this is completely useless. Will never buy Craftsman again, considering my 2yr old mower from them is already on its last legs too.

One use wonder

I recently purchased this blower from Lowe’s. Assembly was fairly easy. Did include fuel additive. After one use, the vented plastic area, around where the mulcher attachment fits into, completely broke off. This makes for almost no suction and now the attachment tube won’t stay connected. Why you would manufacture something that bares the weight of the vacuum tubes with plastic, is beyond me.

Ok

The unit runs well but is awkward to hold in vacuum mode. A screwdriver (not included) is required to change from blow to vacuum or back. Some tube joints mechanically lock which require a screwdriver to release. The ones that don’t lock fall apart during use. I can modify it to work better but expected better from Craftsman.

Lost compression

I got through 1 season with this which seems to be more than most people do. It wouldn’t start so I took it in and was told it had lost compression and it was too costly to fix. I’m disappointed because it actually worked pretty well when it worked, but it just up and died.

Dont

Man i wish i read the reviews before i wasted my money on this. Within just a few uses the entire rope pull assembly fell apart. Craftsman doesnt return emails or messages on social media. Now I have a broken blower that i cant get any support on. Just dont.

Truth

Broke within 2yrs. Stop building throw away thrash. Build something someone can use for 10+yrs. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves.
