When using the measuring blade it provided great durability with little flex or bend and functioned well when measuring by myself. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This measuring tape is very easy to use, unlike others I've used that snap back at me this one stays as far out as I need it (without a little button to hold it) the numbers are easy to see, it extends up to 25ft. and to reel it back you just press the bottom of it and it comes back smooth with no problem, It also has a clip to clip on to you're work belt and it's light so it doesn't pull just one side of you're belt down ☺
