This is the most versatile homeowner kit I could find for under $200. I've used both nailers, and they're able to drive maximum length nails to flush pretty easily. This tool set is very well made. The compressor fills fast and is quiet! I make one of a kind pieces of furniture, candle holders, as well as woodburning pictures and other things. Nailer did not last for even a small project.

I knew the purchase should have been my trusted brand, but Lowes had these on sale and we really just needed the tools for temporary use. I needed a compressor for a backyard job and the cheap 1 gal model i had wasn't cutting it. This compressor has the power to drive a palm nailer without issue. I also used it this weekend to air up the tires on my cars. Worked good for installing baseboards

It worked good using the 16 gauge gun to install baseboards. It is definitely not quiet. I put the compressor in a room, close the doors, power on and let the pressure build up. Then unplug it and bring to the room or hallway I am installing the baseboard. It doesn't even need to be plugged in to use it once the pressure is built up. I bought this set for my dad for Father's Day and he LOVES it. He wanted a compressor that would go to 150PSI so that he could use it for his motor home tires, I think.
