Great Tool Box!

This tool box is a nice size and good value for the price. The snap-top containers on top of the lid are really useful. My use of it is a bit unconventional; I needed a "case" for my electric chainsaw. The chainsaw brand-specific cases out there are double the cost of this tool box and kind of small. Heavy duty

This Craftsman tool box was just what I was looking for to contain my hand tools as well as some smaller tools and parts. The compartmentalized windows in the lid were perfect for those small parts you always need for tasks around the house. Great tool box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent tool box and perfect size for on the go. I needed a more travel size for my toy hauler. This is the perfect size, not too big and not too small. I can fit every tool and more that I could ever need in it and it’s easy to store. It’s fully functional and a great design. The quality is solid and I have full faith it with outlast my need for it.

Okay, but not great

I purchased this as a way to take specialty tools with me when I was riding my motocross bike at local tracks. Overall, the box is fine, but the inner tray is too narrow for the supports inside and constantly fell to the bottom of the box. I tried a few tricks like warming the plastic and trying to contour the edges a bit, but nothing worked and it ended up cracking the handle area. I finally just threw out the inner tray.

Spacious!

We went to Lowe’s looking for another Kobalt brand toolbox like the one we already own. It turns out Lowe’s no longer carries the Kobalt brand toolboxes, but has Craftsman instead. We found this toolbox and really like it! It’s spacious, has small bins in the top for screws or nails, has a heavy duty handle, and is easy to lock/unlock. Now we can finally organize our tools and home improvement supplies between two toolboxes!

Heavy Duty Tool Box

I carry some heavy tools in this box and have not had any problems the the box flexing or falling apart like some plastic boxes do. The oversized handle is perfect for carry around the heavy load. It large enough to carry with two hands. The metal clasps are perfect for securing the lid and the excess weight.

Just right sized Craftsman toolbox

I was looking for a larger toolbox that was portable and this fits the bill. It’s deep enough that you can have hammers, wrenches and voltage testers in the bottom and the tray fits easily on top

Craftman's Pro Lockable Tool Box

I recently bought a Dewalt 7 1/4" Circular Saw for which I could not find a carry and storage case. This tool box is perfect with lockable latches and carrying handle. It fits perfectly in my workbench shelf and protects my saw when I haul it around from one job site to another.
