Very cool coffee station

We wanted something unique for our coffee. The drawers are large and strong enough to hold our cups and supplies. Looks great in our kitchen.

Middle of the road model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this box for several years now. It seems to be holding up pretty well. One of the drawers will not do the soft close. I have it jam packed with all my socket sets, ratchets, breaker bars, etc. It is quite weighed down. It still rolls well with the upper cabinet that is also very full. You can tell it’s heavy when you roll it. It’s definitely the middle of the road model.

Well Built Tool Cart / Some Assembly Required

I purchased two of the 2000 Series 5 -Drawer Steel Rolling Tool Carts. Both were well packaged, but one had a big dent in the back that did not affect the use of the cart so I kept it. Damaged Craftsman Rolling Cabinet

I ordered the Craftsman rolling tool cabinet online. I went and picked it up at a Lowe's store that is 30 miles from my house. Upon getting the cabinet, I opened up the box. I discovered two dents in the bottom of the cabinet on two sides. The two dents don't seem to affect the operation of the drawers or the installing of the wheels on the bottom of the cabinet. Minor damage, missing key, disappointing service

I bought two of these tool cabinets, one was new out of the box and had no issues, the other had minor scratches and dents, but the keys were missing. When I called the Lowes in Vista, California, where I purchased both cabinets, the manager was less-than helpful. Third time was the charm

The product is excellent and was exactly what I expected. The process of getting an undamaged toolbox was a challenge. Initial thought was home. Delivery would make the most sense as it’s a bulky heavy item. Unfortunately, the product came dented and after reboxing and loading in my truck, I had to return it to the store. I am very pleased with the tool chest. Its size is perfect of the for the space in my garage. The folks at the Old Seward Rd Lowes in Anchorage could not have been more helpful They must be complimented and acknowledge for their help getting the best products for me.

You get what you deserve from corporate greed.

The only one on the floor had a messed up rubber pad I said something about it and the Lowe’s gentleman said well it’s broken in. Not quite what I expected. Could have said let’s trade it with another cabinet pad. It’s not a big deal but the disregard is not what I expected. Just a sign of corporate greed.

Tool Cabinet

I haven’t used this cabinet yet as I just picked it up but they’re asking for a review. So far it looks nice and seems to be well constructed. The drawers open and close fine.

Exactly what was needed!

Each of the two products I purchased did exactly what I expected them to. The socket was needed to reach a deep nut and did so perfectly. The tool chest was needed to organize a number of tools and also did so perfectly. Thanks to Lowes for offering the products that were needed in this specific case to get the job done.
