Bought for my husband for his birthday. I didn’t realize till I got it home, that it had a couple small dents, & one decent size dent above the wheel. I paid good money. I forgot to call store to tell them about it. Just saying that the employees should check better. I will check better next time. I wouldn’t mind a little more money taken off the bill. Thank you.

Awful delivery awful customer service

Product was left in my driveway (not signed for) opened and was dented on one side. Now they want me to give up an entire day (delivery window of 8am-8pm) to get it replaced as they are only offering 20.00 for damage. Awful delivery as they damaged it and awful customer service. Well Built Tool Cart / Some Assembly Required

I purchased two of the 2000 Series 5 -Drawer Steel Rolling Tool Carts. Both were well packaged, but one had a big dent in the back that did not affect the use of the cart so I kept it. I ordered the Craftsman rolling tool cabinet online. I went and picked it up at a Lowe's store that is 30 miles from my house. Upon getting the cabinet, I opened up the box.
