Poor Packaging Causing Damages

This is third time I have ordered this product. All three orders had to be returned due to damages from warehouse and shipping.

Good Product, Poor Service

Arrived six days after advertised delivery date and it had a dent in it. Good quality cabinet though.

flimsy

I'm disappointed in the quality of this rolling tool box. I loaded 5 drawers and heaviest tools in the bottom, when I close the drawers the wheels wobble. it doesn't look like it will last and I'm afraid that where and how they are mounted they will fatigue and fail. No help from the "mfg" Waterloo.

Delivered damaged

This review is more about the delivery than the actual functionality of the item. 3rd party delivery company said they picked up the item from the Lowe’s warehouse with the dent in the back left corner. Ended up negotiating an additional discount to receive the damaged item. Should’ve did my own thorough inspection prior to receiving the item since the drawer most affected by the dent opens and closes but soft close function doesn’t work. In retrospect accepting the damaged product probably not ...

craftsman nightmare

This was delivered to me banged up, covered in dust , rust on the key locks and locked up with no keys, lowes picked it up but never refunded my account until I made several phone calls, put me on hold for a long time, 30 minutes, and then they only refunded the item but not the delivery fee. It wasn't my fault they delivered shoddy equipment.

Best value and quality.

Box was undamaged but one drawer handle had a slight bend. Did not effect function and didn't even notice until I had assembled the tool chest. I still give it 5 stars. Perfect for my needs and the price is better than H-F and still made in America!

This cabinet has been a solid addition to my garage renovation project. It feels sturdy, and the drawer slides operate smoothly even when loaded up with my tools. It fits perfectly into the layout I’ve been planning for my garage storage, and the finish looks great against the new paint.

I need a more room for my tools so I bought this big 52 inch tool chest which I have other craftsman tool chest. This is great worked out very well for me.

I bought a new product and was given a floor display with scratches. The associate i spoke to o. The phone about the issue was rude and told me that was what I ordered.
