Cheap alternative to better products
This was a cheap alternative to some other options. The (2) static wheel were a pain to put on; you needed a ratcheting box wrench for easiest/fastest. The unit overall feels pretty flimsy. The drawers don't have an obvious feel when you close them. The thing tips over pretty easily when the top drawer is open. This unit is good enough for me since I don't have too many tools but if you're a real tool person, spend the extra $$ for something better.

locking system does not function
The 4 drawer cabinet meets my basic storage needs. But the drawers do not stay closed. This is only a real problem for me when I move it around my garage/workshop, which I must do at the end of each "woodworking day". The locking system does not function because of the gauge of the steel. Drawer sides are strengthened by the drawer brackets and the front with the handle hardware. But the back (which functions with the locking system ) is not strengthened and is in fact not straight to engag...

Very light duty.
There is a very good reason this is $100 less than the competition. This box is Crap. I bent the lower drawer rollers putting in the bottom drawer after attaching the wheels. Lucky they didn't bend much. But they are very light duty. If you don't push the drawers in evenly, the rollers will bend.

A much needed tool box
Great toolbox with the space I needed to store my tools and have them accessable so I'm not digging or taking half my tools out of the toolbox just to find a needed tool. Drawers are smooth to open and the top drawer is locked with the lid closed making it a great place to store all my cutting tools and knives.
