Unscrupulous & Incompetent

We spent over a year demanding restitution from Lowes and their incompetent contractor for the substandard workmanship that occurred when they installed our fence. fence is a good fence.

having a 8ftwide x 6ft tall is very difficult to get one delivered to the store undamaged. this will be my 2nd attempt to get i panel that isn't damaged

Unscrupulous & Incompetent

We spent over a year seeking restitution from Lowes and their incompetent contractor--demanding that they correct the substandard workmanship done when our fence was installed. Lowes took no accountability for the incompetence of their contractor. Instead, Lowes unscrupulously insisted on charging us for any corrections needed.

Exactly what I was looking for!

Matches the one destroyed by fallen tree. Would have liked an 8 ft panel but 6 ft length will work for us.

Lowes will mess up your order.

I received the wrong order. I placed the order at the end of March. I received the wrong order still waiting for the right order but I am paying for something I didn’t get.

Not impressed

The description says aluminum, but it felt more like plastic. I would not expect this to last more than a couple of years. That, I believe is why it is so cheap. I returned all seven that I ordered.

Although it’s a great gate it came in damaged. Lowe’s discounted it but I hate bent tips.

Fencing

Lightweight but appears to be durable once installed. We’ve installed many of these with no issues. Finish of the product has been consistent too.

Looks excellent, easy to assemble, wish it was a bit thicker.
