Quality fencing, terrible packaging.

The manufacturer strapped the product too tightly and distorted the vinyl on the top and bottom rails. It was extremely difficult to insert the rails into the posts. I had to use some shims to work the vinyl into position to get it to align and insert into place.

Purchased this fencing and installation for a large backyard. cost appx 15k to put it up. 2 months later and the fence is falling over. So promising when ordering, so wrong afterwards.

The overall experience was horrible. Purchased through Lowe's and Lowe's outsourced installation to a company in Columbus, RE Conners who outsourced to a local contractor . Steer clear of both. Inspect your items before you leave

5 damaged vinyl boards. Product instructions says do not return product to store. Instead call toll free number. When I did I was asked for the purchase order number. I had the receipt. That wasn’t good enough and was told to call the store maybe they could help. I called the store. Went thru several prompts. Finally the service desk answered. Poor Quality/Horrible Experience

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their fencing services due to ongoing issues with both the product quality and customer support. Within the first six months of installation, the fence exhibited significant structural issues—post caps and paneling became dislodged with wind. Sturdy and well designed fence section

I liked this product as it fit well to replace a section of fence we had in fact we replaced a gate that was part of the vinyl fence and this was adaptable, even though it was a different manufacturer to the existing manufacture we had we were able to cut the upper and bottom rails to have a bigger hole so it could fit. It looks well done.

I searched for weeks getting quotes and visiting fencing contracotrs to have 120 feet of fencing installed on the right side of my home. trying to block out the ugly neighbors yard. easy to install IF it's not squished, the channel where the boards slide in can be squished and hard to install the top rail, you will have to try and work them in or push them in instead of just going on. I even sliced my finger when the top rail suddenly came down
