What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the vinyl fence system for its sleek design, straightforward assembly, and durability, with many noting it withstands strong winds and requires no additional hardware. The installation process is frequently described as easy and DIY-friendly. However, a notable subset reports gate failures, missing latches despite product descriptions claiming inclusion, and dimensional inaccuracies. Some customers also received cracked or damaged panels. Despite these concerns, most reviewers consider the fence itself reliable and long-lasting.

LOWES WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

DO NOT GO THROUGH LOWE’S for ANY contracted service!!! READ BELOW - ZERO STARS Lowe’s is trying to unjustifiably keep $2660.40 as a “restock fee” for materials that they NEVER ordered. I contacted Lowe’s for a fence estimate in June 2026. A representative came to my home 6/27/26, took measurements, and quoted $12,636.90. That same day, to solidify his sale, I was pressured into obtaining a Lowe’s credit card as a financing option and charged the full amount to the new card on the spot. Lowe’s...

I bought this product about a month ago and ended up going back and buying an extra post to finish off a little extra space on my fencing. It works great and was very easy to complete with these posts

Frustrating slots

The openings had to align absolutely perfect with the panel to fit. Otherwise you have to shave off a small corner to fit it. This gets tedious with multiple panels if you don’t have perfectly flat ground.

Better than wood.

Would Recommend

Once you got the hang of installing it yourself it went pretty well. Only issue I have is with the gate attaching hardware. Seems flimsy and very likely that it’ll fall off and strip out in a couple months.

BEWARE PANEL KITS ARE NOT 8FT IN WIDTH.THEY ARE 7’

Would Not Recommend

I bought this not knowing the panels will be 8 feet long. It clearly describes and description that they are 8 feet long and width and 6 feet in height. That is completely false they are about 7 feet long Beware! Make sure to buy panels first to make correct measurements we have to install Additional holes and make new ones Because they were not 8 feet long . I am going to put a claim in Because this is false advertising .
