Do not use Lowe’s, go with a local contractor. I wish I would have googled Lowe’s installation issues before we signed. My husband and I spent over $7000 for a fence and install from Lowe’s. March 8th of 2024 we purchased. They gave us the run around about the contractor saying his paper work expired. This went on until he showed up April 16th. Would have like it to be as sturdy as it looks.
Look very nice when installed, I am happy with the look. However they are not a heavy quality fence. They bend very easy. In my project I purchased 42 sections, 3 plus cartons. 3 sections were bent in the open carton, 3 bent in one sealed carton and 4 bent in the other sealed carton. That is 10% damaged. I bought and installed about 300 ft 9f this fence last year. I have 2 5ft gates and a 4 ft gate. Wife and I loved how this fence looked instead of a chain link fence. not very sturdy for the price
I sank the money into this fencing thinking it was going to be very sturdy. it looks great but it is thin aluminum. as long as you don't put a lot of pressure/weight against the fencing I suspect it will hold up. I sank the post in 2 foot concrete but it is thin wall aluminum. the panels are what I worry about giving way down the road. if you hang a gate on one of these post you will need to put and inner post in the aluminum post to give it the strength to support the gate. it's a good looking...
Delivery fee nonrefundable even if delivered broke
Product is fine but the tub you brought with it was damaged. They left it damaged. Scheduled for pick up and you didn’t pick it up. Then stil charged full fee for delivering a broken tub. Terrible customer service

Weak and Flimsy
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I spent $3000 putting in 150 feet of this fence to keep a dog in and feel like I wasted the whole amount. The bars are about 5 inches apart but my 70 pound dog was able to bend them about 11 inches apart and force her way through (see picture). I was expecting at $20 per foot (fence + posts + gate) it would be stronger, but it turned out to be very thin aluminum and weak. I should have known by how light the fence was, but alas, my mistake - but hopefully not yours!...
