Almost Perfect
This is the first brand-new refrigerator I’ve ever purchased, and overall I’m really happy with it. I got a great deal, which made the decision even easier. The fridge is spacious, the doors open smoothly, and the interior lighting is bright and well designed. The Quick Freeze and Quick Cool features work perfectly, especially when I load it up with fresh groceries and want everything cooled down faster. The design looks great in my kitchen. Terrible experience
First fridge arrived heavily damaged, see picture. Returned same day. Replacement got shipped out, and arrived next day; Damaged, again, but not as heavily so we called Lowes to see what they could do. Lowes said they'd refund $200. We never received it. To make things worse the door handle is loose and will not tighten correctly ; it's glued now for a second time. Do not buy.
