Great space! Love the stainless steel land bottom

Fit perfectly in my space! The shelves inside are not the sturdiest, but I think they will work for a long time. I like the fact that the door can change and open the other way, but the delivery people did not do that for me. I’m hoping I can get someone out her to change it up.

Almost gave 5 stars....

Perfect size for a couple. I like the fridge being above the freezer, as it allows easier access, not having to stoop so often. My only negative: the door doesn't swing closed by itself, we have to make a point of shutting the door completely. Third world problems....

Luis was amazing in the Kingsville Location. He and his colleague did an amazing job at informing us, providing great input and suggestions. They were absolutely professional and very helpful. We would recommend anyone looking to go see them. It's worth the drive to Kingsville, TX.

It’s a little on the flimsy side

It’s an outdoor / tiki hut frig. Stainless steel so hopefully won’t rust. Runs cold / The quality is NOT there … but nothing is these days. I’m just looking to keep drinks cold. Had a Maytag before which was sweet but was ruined from Hurricane Helen. When the Hisense takes a dump will replace with something with more durability

Lack of communication and proper processing

Delivered defective appliance. They had mess with order. Never notified us of change in delivery/ pickup. Fortunately we were able to talk to another manager that will feel will get closure on this transaction.

missing parts

I love the refrige but it did not have the ice trays that was suppose to come with it.

didn't work to.begin with...then customer service hung up on me twice...not Lowe's the manufacture....

Hisense 17.2 cubic ft. Refrigerator.

The first one came damaged and I had to get a replacement. Lowe’s discounted the price by $100 for the problem. Now, the second one is leaking water from the back. I’ve only had it 2 weeks. Lowe’s said they would exchange this one, too. Yet to hear back from them. The refrigerator itself is great with the top food section and bottom part freezer. I need a replacement again. So I hope it will work out and not be a lemon.
