Great drill. Terrible impact driver.

I bought this kit because I wanted "The Freak". For $20 more than the kit with only the freak, I was able to get the drill as well. The drill has served me well. The Rohm drill chuck is very nice and matches another competitor's drill chucks. It also seems to have plenty of power for most tasks. The Freak however, falls short. Love this beast

Purchased this on black friday for $229 + the free tool + another 4.0 ah battery. Used it over the weekend and though it may not match up well to a brushless motor, this is a serious upgrade to my old 18v. Everyone has their favorites, but ive used many different brands in my 30 years of woodworking and Bosch is by far my favorite for performance and value. Battery died within less than 2 years

The battery died in less than two years and warranty department was unprofessional. It was a hassle to get a replacement battery. Warranty department keep getting drop call thousands times during calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Bosch Drill Driver Set

Pros: Lots of torque both Drill and Impact Driver. Batteries are very nice compact, light, and last forever. Drill chuck is very high quality, never had drill bits get loose. Haven't had a chance to use SDS drill yet. Hammer drill usually enough for fixes around house. Great price for what you get. SDS Drill and battery rebate is really make's this deal beyond best deal available out there. Cons: Drill is too powerful almost injured my wrist few time. GDX18V-1600 WITH 8AH CORE BATTERY

I gave my nephew my old impact from Bosch and it took the lugnuts off of my car(72Ft-Lbs). This new tool from Bosch is suppose to put out 1600 in/lbs =~130ft/lbs - much greater than 72 ft-lbs. I torqued them to 72ftlbs and tried again, I took off one lugnut after I tried using this 150$ 8AH battery. I am not impressed, I called Bosch and they told me to go back to Lowe’s. If you don’t like your time wasted by another brand, The older Bosch 18v impact was better.

Great Deal For Christmas

I was looking for a cordless hammer drill and circular saw to add to my Bosch tools. Had been looking at this combo set and received an email for a one day sale that had it for an extra $50.00 off. Jumped on it and also received the free extra battery. So for less than $200.00, including tax I got three tools, three 4amp batteries, a charger and carrying bag. The batteries alone would have cost close to that at regular prices.

Incredible tools!!!

Can't believe how amazing these tools are, the regular drill has hammer and goes up to 1/2 inch in bit size, way more than the previous bosch model i had, the driver works great and having a 1/2 inch socket adaptor is definitely a plus. The hammer dril/chisel is some heavy duty stuff, a must have for pro/house projects. I got 2 4Amp batteries which is great. Amazing deal!!!

Power tool combo set is awesome

I used my drill gun right away and was extremely satisfied with the portability and power. It’s a little on the heavy side, but manageable. The circular saw is great for the small DIY projects at do at home when I don;t have to take the table saw out. Easy to use and replace the saw.

Descent impact

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 9 months ago, impact works well. Drill, meh. Even with a full battery when I use a 13/16 Spider bit it cannot go through a 2x4 without stalling.

And I like the storage bag.

It feels good to hold these tools, the batteries have been reliable on charge and they don't throw off the balance of the tool. Love the light on the drill and driver. It's great quality stuff, totally worth my time and money.
