When I brought the laser home and took it out of the box, I put my laser on it, and it was wiggling back-and-forth. I realized that it had too much play in between the plate that is on the tripod when you try to screw it on the laser , it has too much play in between the laser plate that screws to the bottom of the laser to hold it tight. it's really disappointing when they can see the condition of the box and still ship it to the customer. If I'm paying for a new product, I need a new one. If I looked for a used one I'd look somewhere else.

This only works with Bosch Measure on app. Not only is the app $15 per also the out put is far from usable. The exported photos features does send you a clean jpg or pdf. It sends you a PDF that has more white area and a bunch of verbiage, and a tiny low resolution image. also the dimensions that show up have a colored back ground. You can change the color but you can not remove the background. So as soon as you put 6 dimensions on the photo, you can not see the actual photo you are trying to ...

Got this free with the purchase of a Bosch laser level. It’s pretty good quality as is everything Bosch makes. I’ve only use it for a couple of days so far setting kitchen, pantry, laundry and bathroom cabinets. It reaches high enough for the bottom of upper cabinets thankfully. Works well and easy to use. Gets pretty compact for storing in my truck toolbox. Good little tripod.

Accurate but hard to see screen in sun light.

I have been using lasers to measure for over 15 years now. This one is a little hard to get use to. When you turn it on to measure it defaults to continuous measurements and I have to change function to length measurements. Camera Screen is hard to see in direct sunlight. I’m an appraiser so I use my laser with my left hand and write my measurements with my right hand on a clip board. I take several measurements on each house and find it difficult to use because it more geared for right hand use...
