Fantastic Tool and App
I see the reviews showing fatal errors, but even after riding around in my laptop bag for two years I have not had any issues. Very Good Overall, but No Bluetooth
The short version: This tool does what it's supposed to do indoors, and outdoors when it's not too bright out. The lack of Bluetooth does limit its usefulness, however. As with laser tools in general, this one works best indoors in low-light situations. I did try it outdoors, however, and it works pretty well as long as it's not a very sunny day. Junk!
Only got one star because i couldn't leave no stars. Bought this in March and used it a few times. Went to use it today with a fully charged battery and it doesn't even turn on. Tried a different battery and brand new AA batteries and still does not turn on. Do not buy this!

I got this laser measure to check distances and Levels, but it has so many more interesting features. First it came with a pouch and belt clip as well as Quick Start Guide and a bigger operating manual. Neither of these pamphlets gave much information. This is an amazing tool. Bosch makes some good stuff but this tool is really packed with features that I would not have even dreamed of in a measuring tool but this has some really good usefulness. A nice addition to my tool arsenal, this Bosch laser measurer does the job quickly and accurately. Palm sized with an easy to read backlit screen, distances are efficiently procured and stored for works in progress.
