Remote system does not work
I installed the shade & it fit perfectly, unfortunately, it does not work. I called the company & they told me to reset the setting to factory setting but even though the battery is charged for the shade & remote. it does not work. The shade is in the same position it came out of the carton. Stuck at the top. I've tried all the suggestions but there is some disconnect with signals & the shade doesn't move or vibrate as it supposed to do when resetting to factory mode. It's going back!
Great blinds for 3M
These blinds worked great, until they didn't which was about 90 days after we bought them. We have them in our living room, and 2 bedrooms. One blind in the living room stopped working completely, even with a fully charged battery; another one has been unbalanced since after the first week. The motors are slow and loud. i would recommend to anyone wanting to buy these to either stick with the manual blinds, or sink the money into really good motorized blinds because these aren't it.
Great Value for the Right Application
There is a large window in our house that is on the wall, above our kitchen cabinets. The bottom of this window is about 10’ off the floor. The top triangular corner of the window is over 17’ above the floor. For a month or so in the spring and, again in the fall, about two hours after sunrise, the sun shines at a steep angle through this window right onto the desk in the family room where we have my wife’s computer. Do not buy this
They are wonderful until the battery stops working. Which will happen. And you cannot open or close the shade without a battery. And customer service does not provide replacement batteries. You can’t buy them online anywhere. These are a total scam waste of money. You might as well flush your $100 down the toilet because as soon as the battery stops working and recharging , the only option you have is to take the shades down and throw them in the trash. Great Value, ignore bad reviews
Hi there, I was on the fence for over a year due to all these bad reviews. The bad reviews often mentioned the shades do not come down evenly. The good review said not to pinch the shade material when installing it on the clips. Look, they know any amount of light disrupts sleep. It’s science. Patience is required for Install/Program Remote
Ok.....These blinds are nice looking and they are easy to install. However, they are not for everyone as they can be finicky. Having said that, once they are all setup and calibrated they do a good job of blocking out light and do fit my windows (Actual size is about 1/2" less than whatever the measurement you've bought) Issues: 1. Not worth the money
These blinds are finicky and extremely fragile. I've bought 3 of these for my living room and one has stopped working completely, one has been unbalanced for months, and the last one is working fine for now. if anyone is considering these products, re-evaluate. either buy the manual top-down bottom-up blinds or sink the money into the good motorized blinds.

Neat Product !
I am impressed by the execution of this product, ease of installation, and cost relative to a standard cellular shade of similar size. Battery problem
The blinds are great while they work. Battery lasts 18 months and then blinds are worthless. There is no way to buy replacement batteries.

Shade was good for a year then 2 of them broke
Well, I liked these - they worked fine for a year. Now 2 of them don't work at all. The batteries won't charge. I called Lowes and they said to check with Roth and Allen. Roth and Allen said that they would not replace them because the warranty is just for a year. They broke just over a year after I bought them. I am very disappointed in the quality of the shades.
