Set up is simple and quick. Unlike my other cameras you don't need a subscription to have live video or to watch clips from motion activation (about 10 seconds each). But you can buy cloud storage to store video long term if you choose. With 1080P the picture quality is excellent with normal room light or low level night vision. I'm going to get a couple more for other parts of my house and I would recommend these for anyone looking for budget friendly security options.

This one isn’t as clear as the mini 2k, and the speakers don’t sound as good, but it’s worth the price.

Not seeing big things right in front of it
I bought these about a month ago and set them up outside. Easy to set up and change settings/notifications. I quickly realized that they didn’t always register big movements like people walking past them, cars driving into our driveway etc. I checked settings and nothing was wrong. Unplugged, rebooted and still only picks up some movements (like a car way in the distance but not in my driveway 15 feet away or deliveries 2 feet away?). Battery Powered work good, wired ones not so good
Purchased 2 wired ones to go with my battery powered ones. Battery powered ones work excellent, pick up movement from far side of room. Wired ones are another story. People can walk within 1-2 ft of camera and motion is not detected, however light changing in room due to timer turning off light or a car turning corner and shining in window will cause a motion detection. Regretting this buy…
This seemed like a good deal in the bundle with the 2 outdoor battery cameras, but…. reality struck. The motion detection is _terrible_. Ours in in the garage and won’t detect the garage door opening/closing from 10 feet away, nor my wife walking around the side of the car to unplug her electric car 5 feet away, enter the car, and back out out of the garage.
