I bought this almost a month ago. It started out absolutely fine only that it was super sensitive to every movement, even wind. Then one day it stopped recording. Great camera and doorbell combo

We previously had a YiHome Camera installed and it required a separate plug, it had a good enough view of the area but it was much less than this camera. The blink camera is a wide angle so it gets the whole area. It is aimed at people walking up, you can buy wedges separately depending on how your doorbell is installed either on the opposite wall, wall with door, or if you just need to angle due to trim. Simple, Effective, and Secure !

Great product at a good price point! Pros: -Easy integration with the app and blink receiver module -Straight forward instruction to integrate with former basic door bell -Great camera quality and audio Cons -I found I needed the camera to be angled to capture the walk path to my door better. They make angled and adjustable mounts to achieve this but you must purchase them separately. It would be nice if they included them in the package to have better mounting options.

Does Lowes honor giving money back?

The product was fine, but they halved the price, and made a pairing with the sync module 2 lower than the price I paid. Then the store wouldn't exchange or give me my money back. Thankfull Damion at the NE Gainesville store was there he knew what to do and got the transaction. Now all of my cameras are half priced, Do I take them all down to get that money back too?

Top of the line

I have two of these and the work great with exceptional live view. There only fault is the ability to block out areas doesnt always work. as compared to other brands I am an installer for a security company and have installed every brand out there including some sold directly by security system suppliers. The best two are Blink and Dinger which is a leading commercial camera provider. Ring being the most popular and 5 times the cost follows these two.

says it does all these things? but what it does not say is it is just a very slow and stupid doorbell without the controller. and I cannot find a controller sold separately, they come with another doorbell? what a rip off from Lowes and blink! I'm going to throw it in the trash and buy something that works.
