OMG! I Love this grille. Since we purchased our 36" Blackstone I've cooked almost every meal on it. It's so easy to use. It cooks food to perfection. My family loves the vegetables cooked on the grille. Most evenings I cook the entire meal on the Blackstone. Grilled Chicken, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Tuna Steaks, Cheesteaks, Fried Rice, Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots, Potatoes....the possibilities are endless and delicious. The four separate cooking zones make it so easy to cook multiple items at one ...

Came damaged

I have tried to contact Lowes but no luck so far. Grill came damaged, parts missing. For the price it costs it is absolutely disgusting to say the least. I will be taking it further. Two pieces of metal came all bent up. It is missing a rubber piece when you shut the hood. NOT a happy camper.

Nice but expensive

This is a nice griddle. However, I did not like that it did not heat evenly (most likely due to a little wind) so the seasoning process did not come out the way we had hoped. The edges as you would expect did not get seasoned, although that is considered cooking area. It was not as easy to clean as one we have had in the past. When we did the actual cooking it did not seem to get as hot as you would expect.

Missing parts, unstable, and dented pieces

I bought this Blackstone brand new but it came with dented pieces, as well as 3 left brackets and only 1 right bracket. There was also a missing thread rivet on one of the trays that attach to the grill. But it didn’t even matter because they gave me the wrong bracket to mount it so even if there was a threaded rivet there I couldn’t mount it. The cooking surface was also wobbling while cooking. I was very disappointed with the quality of a $500 griddle

Inferior parts and poor assembly

Unpacking the grill I noticed numerous scratches on the black powdered finish. Also the front shelf mounting bracket was bent. So packaging is an issue. Mounting screws for the left and right shelves are pre installed in the frame, and torqued to such an extent that it is impossible to loosen them. Additionally they are not stainless steel, possibly zinc coated so they strip very easily. I had to use vice grips to try and loosen them. After 2.5 hours of work, I decided to return the grill

Awesome

I wasn’t sure that I wanted a griddle over a grill but I went with the griddle for the larger cooking area and ability to cook just about anything on it and I’m glad I chose this one. I love the shelf on the front , the tank, paper towel, trash bag and utensils holders. It’s exactly what I wanted.

Faulty Unit

I received a faulty unit. Lowes will not replace and made me call Blackstone. Blackstone said yeah you have a faulty part on that unit. We're gonna send you the part to fix it yourself. I'm not Bob the Builder. If they sent a faulty part-they should send me a new unit or at least send someone to fix it. I bought it already assembled so I don't have to do this. Annoyed.
