nice chair but arrived with some damage

We had seen this chair online and really liked it so we ordered it. When it arrived, I assembled it and halfway through assembling it I noticed the rattan was torn on a piece of the assembly. I tried to wrap it back up, but because it was torn it wasn't going to stay wrapped so I taped it up at the end. I finished the assembly and found another spot that the rattan had torn that wasn't as noticeable but still damaged. Due to the time it took to assemble I currently don't plan to exchange it....

Love this chair!

I've been looking for an egg or basket chair for my porch that wasn't ridiculously overpriced, and I found this one. I saw this same chair on other sites for almost double the price. Shipping took a little long, but it was well worth the wait. Putting the chair together didn't take too long, I recommend having 2 people but it could be done with 1 person. The seat is deep, big enough to curl up in. It feels very sturdy. The only thing I don't like is the color of the cushion. I bought another one...

a good chair for people and fun for cats too

You definitely need at least two people to assemble the chair - or have a moderate amount of strength and at least three functioning arms. As someone with only two arms, I got through most of the steps myself, but eventually needed help. But once we got the chair assembled, it looked as pictured, is comfortable, and is a great addition to our screened porch. Cats like lounging in it too. Item arrived damaged! Horrible Customer Service!

I purchased this chair and the side was unraveled and broken. The arms of the chair were bent and we had to hammer the bent brackets to get them to fit but they are not completely tight. The chair is not in stock so I cannot order a replacement. Lowe's customer service was terrible and advised I needed to take the chair apart and return it to my local store where I cannot even get a replacement. No other solutions were provided. Will not be shopping here again.

A problem with the product design

The chair looks very beautiful. Unfortunately, there is a problem with the product design. The final part of the rattan is simply stuffed into other rattans, and there is no fixed measure. When my back rests on the back of the chair, the rattan will come out of its original fixed position. I like this chair very much, I decided to use it carefully for a period of time, hoping that the rattan will not be further damaged.

Nice chair

Beautiful chair but once if the arms came bent so it doesn’t match up to be out on. I contacted Lowe’s and they connected me to the manufacturer who said they would sent me a new part but I have yet to receive it so it’s just sitting here missing an arm.

Missing Parts

I was super excited about this chair, but when we starting taking everything out to put together we were missing the arm rests! Called customer service to only be on hold for an hour. Hung up and just decided to return it.

Looks good, but do not buy it.

This product is not good. I am only 5.6 and you bump your head on the bar in the back. Not comfortable and the product came in so many pieces. It was a bear to put together.

Cute Basket Chair

Bought for my Daughters bedroom. Exactly what she wanted. The only thing that I would change is the cushion. Would of liked a bit thicker of a cushion, but the one that comes with it is fine.

Stylish and easy to put together

There were some awkward angles you had to achieve to screw the top of the chair on; but it was worth it. It’s a beautiful piece, and seems very well made.
