I freakin love this thing. I hate housework so much and mopping is the worst. With a regular mop there's the stupid bucket you have to fill up, then the water gets cold, and afterwards you have to wash out the bucket and mop - the whole thing is such a hassle. I liked it at first, but then developed leaks. I was able to patch them but then the handle broke away from the water chamber pulling it out to fill it up more and it sent creaks outward like a stone to wind shield does, & sadly nothing worked to fix it. it was lite used, due to my health, yet broke

Pretty Good

I used the new mop a couple of days ago and so far I'm pleased with the results. I've only used it on our laminate plank flooring and it put out just the right amount of steam to lift and clean dirt off the surface but also dried quickly. The time it takes to heat up the water is instantaneous. The mop is lightweight, easy to understand and I look forward to using the attachments.
