Ordered a full extra box even after accounting for 15% scrap and lucky I did because many tiles were damaged or had unsightly imperfections on the surface straight out of the box. The finished surface and edges are so delicate that even just light handling out of the box poses a huge risk for crushing edges of flaking off pieces of the finished surface. I do not believe these will last the test of time, and fear I'll be back out to the customers home in the future for a redo out of my own po...

I requested a receipt be emailed to me. I never received it. Now there looks to be no way of printing it from this site.

Solid Product

The product came as advertised. It worked for the project, although it is very brittle tile so be cautious and make sure you have some excess.

This tile design matches exactly our existing tiles.

Useless

The material is like formed lint. It crumbles with the lightest touch. I had a case I had sitting around in my basement for 10 years that was so much better than the stuff I purchased this week. The tabs are too short and too soft to staple. The material is so soft that most of the tongue and grooves were cracked or obliterated in the box which was not at all damaged. The product is just unusable junk.

I returned to the store and was informed the other box was coming from a different location. They were to check on it and call me. Did not receive call. Junk

We bought this to replace broken and missing tiles in a bedroom. The only thing good about them is that they did match what was already in the room. They are poor quality and many of them were damaged in the corners when we opened the box. We used 1/2 staples to attach them to the walls and they started falling down over night. The staples just came right through the material because it is so cheap. We tried using several drywall screws and are hoping this will work.

This stuff is so cheap made. The joints break and the face side is half painted.

Quality is lacking. Glad they still make them

Tiles are not made like they used to be. They are not very white, have marks on them and a bunch were damaged. I tried to return damaged ones but could not. Have to return whole case or nothing. They will have to do. I have to buy more cases of tiles then I need because of the quality.
