Loved the design of the ceiling tile - elegant and does not look like typical "office tile". We used this tile in our basement remodel and it makes the basement look great! Our installer told us that the Armstrong suspension system was the best system, and we went with the USG/Donn suspension system. Like many other reviewers, I initially loved the look of these ceiling tiles. From a distance, they create the upscale, finished appearance we wanted for our basement renovation. However, the quality does not live up to that appearance. These tiles are extremely fragile and scuff or mark with minimal handling during installation or even light contact afterward. Nice looking, but fragile

Heavy, look nice and straightforward to install. Howeve, the are ridiculously fragile and easy to scratch. For as expensive as these are the quality is poor. Also, of you're one square short you're out of luck as Lowes doesn't sell individual tiles. My 9x8 laundry room ran almost $500.

Nice looking tiles

Plenty in stock, easy to cut down to fit. Some of the boxes were more damaged than others, so pick carefully.

Good Good, but Terrible to work With

I used about 15 boxes of these and EVERY BOX had at least 1 (if not most) of the tiles damaged on the corners. The boxes looked good from the outside, but the damaged tiles were unusable for anything except edge cuts. They fall apart easily and even if you just barely touch a corner to the grid during installation, it takes away the top layer of texture and color. Beautiful garbage

Good looking panels, but absolute garbage quality. I'm not a ceiling installer but I have pulled cable in drop ceilings most of my career and have never seen tiles this fragile. If you breath wrong they fall apart.

small stock at each store - had to go to several

no issues with the order, Lowe's is the only place that carried the items we needed. So thankful we were able to get the amount we need for job, had to go to several stores - not enough at any one location.

Perfect elevated look!

The tiles look great on the ceiling. Elevates the look and feel of a drop ceiling. While it’s a little more expensive, it is well worth the extra money to get a sophisticated look.

Nice design- adds more beauty to a typical drop ceiling basement. Easy to install, and even cut when needed.

Beautiful, but fragile

I bought these for my basement bedroom. I love the look of the tiles and the finished product. I got pretty good at cutting tegular edges and found that sharp blades are the key. Here is was I did not like. Out of the box many of the tiles either had damaged edges that were crushed or imperfections on the face of the tile. Imperfections like a ¼ inch size somewhat bare spot where it looks like the paint did not 100% cover it. A few had what looked like some flakes that got stuck in the pain...
