Easy Order White 2' x 4' scored Ceiling Tiles

Lowes was great for ordering the ceiling tiles I needed. Although I would have preferred that had them in stock at the store, it was easy to order them and it didn't take long for them to get shipped to my local Lowes. Pick up was also easy at the Customer Service Desk. The person who brought them out already had them on a cart for me to take to my car.

Waited for WEEKS then they came CRUSHED

We had 4 boxes that were supposed to be delivered a week after I ordered them -- I got many delay messages and when they finally arrived 3 weeks later some were crushed and we cannot use them.

Tiles easily damaged in shipping

We ordered two boxes of tiles which had to be delivered to the store. The condition of the tiles in one box was fine, but in the second box, almost all of the tiles had one corner that was damaged due to shipping. Thankfully all but three were still usable.

Returns was awesome.

The product was great but I ordered it incorrectly. The tile had a different texture than my existing. I would like to comment on the changes made for returns. It was seamless and I was very pleased with the process

Tiles are nice but arrived broken

While the box looked fine when we opened it it looked like the tiles had been hit with a fork lift of something sharp. All were dented on one side and cracked in half

Easy pick up at the local store. They put the heavy box on a cart for me, correct height for easy loading into truck bed.

Good Quality Tile

Great tile. It was exactly what I needed.

Replacing ceiling tiles because of a leak is no easy task after twenty years, especially when the product has been discontiued. However, a Lowes associate located another discontinue box of tiles "on the floor." It still had the recessed feature with a slightly different imprint pattern. What a find! And so the whole ceiling doesn't have to be replaced. Thanks.

Some tiles had edge damage

Some of the panels arrived with edge/corner damage. I was able to salvage all but one so I went ahead and installed the others. I would like a partial refund though.

Only one I install

LOOKS GREAT. They should keep it in stock instead of special order.
