Tiles were packed very well and were in perfect shape out of the box. There was bubble wrap on bottom, top and sides. Very nicely protected. Shopping was a little slower than what the site initially said but we have had some weather in the region and it worked out fine.

Armstrong ceiling tiles
Purchased 9 cases of these ceiling tiles to install as replacements in our finished basement. These tiles were easy to cut and install. Lowes had them available for pickup in our local store in a couple of days. You should be aware that these ceiling tiles have what is called a tegular edge. You can do a search to see what that means. I did not find a need to prepare a tegular edge on the cut tiles and they look fine. I would definitely buy them again. They look great.

Armstrong ceiling tiles have a good reputation.
They are ceiling tiles. Very difficult to get excited about ceiling tiles. They are by Armstrong and of good quality. What more could one ask for? It's just a ceiling tile, trust me. No electronics; no app; no marching band. Just a ceiling tile. And it appears to be a good looking, well made ceiling tile. The tiles dropped into the existing 24" grid system just as they should have. No surprises. It's just a ceiling tile.

Sahara - Same as Mojave
We are the second owners of a house with a 3M basement system. Due to an improper ceiling system installation, we had a partial ceiling collapse. Do not order online to ship to store
Product is fine. Ordering to the store was a nightmare. We were told it was in and when we drove an hour to the store for pick up we’re told they could not find it after two hours of waiting.

Lots of damaged tiles.
Packaging is the worst. Expect a lot of damaged edges from shipping straps and forklifts, and smashed corners that are not always visible on the single layer, unpadded, cardboard packaging. Lots of small blemishes on many of the tiles that had to be touched up. Some tile can be used along the periphery, but order at least 20% additional and return the damaged tiles. Otherwise not worth the price for this quality. Looks good once good tiles are installed.

Ceiling tiles
The store had them waiting for me which was nice. I had never ordered anything from Lowes on line but it was a good experience. Their alerts were timely and accurate. Haven't been through all the tiles yet but a few are damaged so far. Cant really put that on Lowes though it could have happened at the manufacturers or during shipping.
