these tiles are very poorly made Installing with staples does not endure over time. After a few months the material allows staples to break thru and fall to the floor.

Great Product

I love this tile. I use firing boards and a stapler to install it rather than going the expense of the steel grid. Take your time and measure your room to find the center and work your way out from that. Be mindful of the direction of the tile before you make any cuts as it can be a bit confusing. This is a great product to cover old drywall or to just put up in the place of dry wall. I have and will recommend this to family and friends.

Won't work on suspended grid.

They are unusable for my purpose. I needed tiles for a suspended grid. They must slide together in the grid. The tongues and grooves are so irregular and the material is so flimsy that they literally come apart instead of sliding together.

A Waste of Time and Money

The material they use for these tiles and system are very cheap. I waited for a month before writing this review to see if the ceiling would grow on me. Nope! The material does not hold it’s shape and the ceiling is bending and curving. It would have been nice to get everything perfectly level, but the tracks too are a very cheap thin metal and don’t hold their shape either. NOT AS EASY AS IT LOOKS

We purchased this prodcut after reading about it and sounding like it is an easy DIY Never have I been so wrong. I have a lot of experience with doing home repair but this product will make you want to jump up and down Our first mistake even with a discount was purchasing material that was 3 years old and still on the shelf. Order extra tiles

Previous reviews of this product were accurate in that the tiles need to be handled carefully and mishandling in shipping can cause damage. I needed 6-1/2 boxes for my project, so I ordered 8 boxes to cover any damaged tiles or mistakes during installation. Wow, what a mess I ended up with. Wrong stuff

Received order the contractor put it up before we realized it was the wrong tile. How do you wanna handle this the customer isn’t happy and it’s already installed. So how do we handle this?

We used this style to replace the old tiles we had on our basement ceiling. The furring strips were already in place. Keeping the lines straight is a little difficult so we used blue chalk lines. Old Ceiling Tiles?

The design is beautiful - 5 stars. One box was 1/2 empty. Lowes refunded me 1/2 the cost, so that was good. Worst is there were too, too many of the ceiling tiles with significant flaws like corners broken. Plus, the coating on the tiles easily flakes off. I had to pay to have them painted with 2 coats of paint.

Loving this clean look!

I was a little hesitant to order these after reading reviews of there being broken tiles in the boxes but that has not been my experience. They were carefully packaged with no chipped corners or broken tiles. It’s one of those projects we kept putting off because we weren’t sure which way we wanted to install them.
