I don't usually leave reviews, and when I do it's rarely a negative review, but this product was a real letdown. I made the mistake of not reading prior reviews and it's clear I'm not the only one who encountered quality issues. I put these tiles up in my living room almost 30 years ago. Half of the tiles became damaged and had to be removed. I was delighted to find out that they were still manufacturing this same tile. I bought 4 boxes to replace the damaged tiles. My old tiles were stapled to furring strips. The new tiles did not want you to staple them. Economical, Easy to Install
Follow the instructions, take time to install the tracks correctly and the install is pretty easy and painless. The clips make it a breeze. I used 1 1/4 in. wood screws with good results. Only caution is take care and your time when cutting tiles using a sharp utility knife. The the edges are very soft and easily damaged if you get in a hurry.. they all aligned perfectly throughout the room. Honestly I would only use these on smaller rooms.
