damaged box

our dining room looks good but the kitchen looks terrible the box of tiles were damaged and the contractor installed them and they look terrible, now I have to reorder a box and have the damaged tiles removed and replaced.

5 cases ordered,damaged tiles in every case,after sorting to get good ones i have a full case of unusable one.customer not happy and im over 2.5 alloted hours dealing with these

I haven't had the opportunity to use the product yet as construction is still on going. I would like to say it was packaged properly for shipment. I would also like to thank the Lowe's associate that helped me that day as nothing scan wise seemed to work for pickup. She physically had to enter the order number. Very helpful!

Tiles are fragile.

Was exactly what we ordered.

The product was fine. However, the pickup service did not work. I waited 25 minutes for them to put this in my car. I had to go into the store to get my product. Not ready for primetime...

Armstrong has great product consistency.

I purchased this ceiling tile to replace many that had been damaged. These tiles match exactly the same as the ones I purchased over 30 years ago.

Easy to install and great cover up

I purchased a number of boxes. I had no problems except for one box that the connecting seams were not molded correctly. These did not fit together snugly like the others so the seams are noticeable. I advise opening all boxes and checking all tiles. Time consuming YES, but you don't want the seems to be out of line or different widths like I have. But beside this they are great to cover an otherwise ugly ceiling.
