With reference to my review of October 17, 2015, Armstrong did surprise me by providing a response to my review. You can read their review below. The installation of this product was performed by a professional installer. The installation took an additional nine hours (25 hours to install and remove old ceiling) which cost me additional money. The best way to add drama and impact to any space.
I am a small business owner in Oklahoma while our retail store is in an historical building we wanted a way to showcase the history but with a twist and up date the look of the building. With that said after decades of other tenets being in the space a drop ceiling had been put in to hide ceiling repairs and the newer AC vents. Busted up cornets

Easy, strong, lightweight, fast
Great looking tiles. 82 came in two small boxes. Very light weight. I used a utility knife to cut 5” circles in some to hold a 6” led puck light, there is no sag of the tiles holding the lights. They popped right in the grid, whole room done in an hour.

Beautiful and easy to work with.
Light weight and easy to install. Beautiful look without the massive expense of a coffeired ceiling. Easy to cut for light fixtures and vents. You can cut the edges 1 inch or less to fit a smaller space but cannot take any significant cuts. Highly recommend.

Cheap plastic
Very thin, cheap plastic. Looks good from a distance. No sound absorption. Over priced piece of vacuum formed plastic. Recommend buying a pack of 4 to see what I'm talking about before moving forward.

Love the look of this eiling
WE had the old dropped ceiling in our basement and I HATED it! I found these tiles and am replacing the old ones. I love the coffered look. So much cleaner looking and it makes my basement ceiling look taller.
