Third times the "charm". This was my fourth order of ceiling tiles so I could replace some water damaged tiles in my basement. My very first box was ok with one tile that had a damage corner. I was able to use this one in a spot where it needed the damaged corner cut off. Several of the other tiles in the box didn't have a nice finish on the exposed side. Buy extra to replace damaged tiles

I special ordered 6 cases of tiles. I only needed 5 cases but I did this knowing that there would be damaged boxes/tiles. Upon delivery each box had some damage to them. It was evident that mishandling of the cases caused the problem. Cardboard was ripped, stretch wrap was tore, holes pokes, and boxes showed signs of being hit.

Poorly made. Most arrived damaged.

Two boxes totaling 24 tile. 17 had broken corners 11 had multiple broken corners 8 had completely destroyed edges. Done a lot of suspended tile ceilings and this is the cheapest qualityproduct. I’ve ever purchased. Do not buy this tile..

Exercise caution

I had 2 problems with this tile. First, the tiles are crumbly and damage easily. I ordered 3 boxes and 2 had to be returned. The second is when you have to put a tile because your dimensions aren't perfect to fit all complete tiles. There is no way to cut these tiles and make them fit because of the ridges. I had to trash the 3rd box for this reason and start over.

Corners Damaged

Damaged corners on a majority of the tiles. It was double boxed but I doubt that the package contents were checked properly before shipping to the store

Better than some but terrible quality control

I'm disappointed with these. They look OK from a distance but up close they show their cheap quality. Not white like the pictures, more of an eggshell surface, with brown edges where the paint didn't cover. About 30% of the panels have blemishes so order LOTS of extras. They are so fragile it's almost laughable and they smell bad to top it off. Judging by the other reviews I either got 200 tiles from a bad lot, or people have sadly low expectations for suspended ceilings. I would not buy anythin...

make sure you have a clean cut, with correct tool.

These costly ceiling tiles are a good look, but are not easy to cut without breaking off with a jagged edge.

Be prepared for a difficult & tedious install.

Very nice appearance when finally finished. Difficult install due to multi-layered design. Finish on tiles is extremely delicate & flakes off very easily during installation handling. As a result, 1/3 or more of the tiles needed touch up paint which Armstrong sells for about $20/8 oz bottle. After spending the money to purchase the tiles & required gridwork, I'm not happy by having to do all the tedious touch up painting.
