Tiles Smell

Used these for my basement and they’re a great product, however they have such an incredibly strong smell after install. Halfway through my ceiling and a couple days after starting there’s a real strong chemically smell that almost smells like burning plastic. Unfortunately I can’t air out my basement very well so here’s to hoping it doesn’t take too long to dissipate

Cost savings

Replaced a 40 year old yellow insulation tiles with this . We have noticed less dust front the cry and actually a little bit less heat loss.

Curbside pickup does not always work as expected.

Adequate Replacement Drop Ceiling Tiles

Great replacement drop ceiling tiles. Only drawback is how brittle they are in the corners so some of them look less than new but still a great improvement over the old tiles. Also they are slightly thicker than the old tiles so they shouldn’t sag.

I am re doing my basement and got these for my ceiling. I ended up painting them all black and they worked out amazing! My basement now looks modern.

Impressed by the quality

Bought three boxes of these. They cut like butter and easy to put up. First Two boxes were in good shape, but the third one had little bit of damage to it. I installed the full sized ones first and used the damaged ones as cut pieces, just to reduce waste. It would be nice if lowes had no damaged goods. You're selling things not breaking things, but I digest. All and all it turned out well and I would get them again.
